1) The Biltmore
The Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel was the first glass skyscraper in Georgia, and the highest hotel in the Caucasus Region. After the dissolution of the USSR and subsequent Abkhazia war, thousands of refugees travelled from the war-torn region to the city. They were housed in the Iveria Hotel, where they remained for over a decade.
In 2004, the refugees were given homes in residential districts around the city, and the hotel was renovated. The Iveria hotel is found in a very strategical and beautiful position, between the beautiful Mtkvari River and the nearby mountains, and a 2 minutes walking distance to Rustaveli Avenue where you can find great restaurants shopping and fun nightlife spots.

Stoop! If you ask me, Rooms Hotel is THE BEST hotel in Tbilisi. I stayed there twice over the years and love everything about it – the vintage/David Lynch-ish vibe in the rooms, the tasty breakfast spread, and the inner garden.
If you’re looking for a nice, not too formal and a cozy place, Rooms Hotel is exactly what you need. Rooms Hotel is located in the quirky Vera neighbourhood, close to many traditional Georgian homes and to some cool hip and dive bars.
All rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a minibar and a flat-screen TV, bathrooms come with slippers and a hairdryer. The Hotel also has a bar and restaurant, with a delicious menu of Georgian/International cuisine. Guests can also have access to a well-equipped gym.

The Fabrika Hostel was once a Soviet sewing factory, and later it was transformed into a fresh urban space – besides the hostel, the former factory complex also houses a co-working space, bar, café, and pop-up shops.
The Hostel is a short distance from the historic centre of Tbilisi, not far from Ninoshvili street. All rooms have comfortable mattresses, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi.
